Sony BMG’s new aim for its artists were to develop the brand and consumer relationship, promote customer loyalty, and enact product promotion initiatives. For Beyoncé, a full site redesign not only included the launch of her new album B’Day but also featured information on her fashion collection, film career, an interactive timeline of her life, photo and video gallery, and a calendar of upcoming tours and events.
